SANLAM RETIREMENT PLANS ARE A ****!!!!!!!!!

I am DEEPLY saddened by the neglect and lack of intervention on a matter i need speedy resolve from Sanlam.

I joined a retiremen plan with them last year on their online platform year March and there was no call to discuss the terms and condition and benefits thereon. At first the premium was scheduled for R500.00 per month then it jumped to R520.00 without my consent. Whats remarkable is that the contributions i made i more than R11000.00 but my value at present is R7.700.00. Now i called a lady at Sanlam,Jacqueline Saulse : Client Care Service, to dispute this and also to terminate my policy because i was not given proper advice.. she just shut me off and never wanted to understand my situation. Later on after i repeatedly called to get assistance. I received a call from Faizel Weels Client Care specialist who just told me that the cant help me with my situation. My funds are slowly depleting and i still cant withdraw them instead im told i will get the funds in when im 60 Years, currently im 29 years.

How are companies like these are let to exploit us like this???
