Sanlam Retirement Fund Incompetence
I have resigned from my previous employer 4 months ago. In order for for my retirement fund to pay out my pension they needed to obtain a Tax Directive from SARS and they should load this onto my Personal Income Tax profile. they loaded the wrong tax directive for the wrong person onto my profile and therefore I cannot submit my personal income tax with SARS because the information is not correct. They also do not resond to my requests
