Sanlam retirement annuity not paid for!

Very disappointed in Sanlam’s services. I have a retirement annuity with them for as long as I can remember, about 15 years! I am of age to withdraw my funds with them on the 27th of May 2024 - in which they advised the payment will reflect in 7-14 working days. Till today we have not received any funds all I ever get is 24hrs it should reflect! Nothing reflects!! The communication and the apologies are not as loud as the sales agreement I signed up for! Sanlam I’m very disappointed you have wasted time and resources you promised to deliver on the date and you did not deliver - I’m now liable to pay cancellations because my payment agreement has not been met over and above this I’m still paying my monthly premium! Bitterly disappointed in them. Please can the cancellation department call me I would like to cancel my policy with immediate effect!
