Sanlam Reps telling lies to sell policies

In October of 2015 a rep of Sanlam Sky visited our office to sell policies to our employees, I agreed to take out a savings policy and was told by the rep that it is a 5 year policy but I could cancel my policy at any time and only pay a R50 penalty fee and receive all my money back, we agreed that the policy will only start from January 2016 as it was bit of a difficult time to deduct the money. To my surprise end of November 2015 the first instalment went off (witch is not what I wanted) so I left it that way. Today when I asked the value of my policy the amount was ridiculously lower than what I contributed. <br> Now I have never seen the rep again after signing up and did not receive any policy document from her.<br> Also the time she visited she told me that it is required by law for any working person to have a R.A so I took out one as well. After asking around I was told that there is no such law, but I already signed up for the R.A so I knew that the lady was just telling me this so that she can sell me the policies.<br> I feel like taking further legal action against Sanlam as she is representing the company if I can not get this matter resolved
