Sanlam refuses payout. Never make use of them!

After numerous emails and promises, the promised payment for early this week has still not happened! I did not think that my perception of Sanlam can get worse and still you keep on dissapointing. Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! This is just frustrating for me and very unprofessional from Sanlam.
