Sanlam refuse to read doctors reports and blood results

If I could rate zero I would have I submitted a claim that got declined due to a preexisting condition. YOUR policy reads and I quote: "These medical exclusions will not apply if it is evident that the anatomical part, disease, disorder dysfunction excluded in the plan, has not caused or worsened the claim event, or made it more likely to happen."

I have supp**** doctors reports and blood results that clearly shows my claim was not due to a preexisting condition. They don't even acknowledge the blood results or doctors reports that states it was not part of the preexisting conditions. I followed the correct channels to dispute it but it is still declined. I feel that it is unfair for Sanlam to handle their own disputes because they will obviously not own up to their original mistake.
