SANLAM REDUSING TO TRANSFER PROVIDENT FUNDS

I recently moved from one employer to another. My previous employer used sanlam for our provident funds. After completing all the necessary forms including the ROT we have been emailing a lady called Sizakele Ncapayi trying to get an update on the status of the transfer of my provident funds to current my employer's provident fund. Sizakele Ncapayi has not rep**** to any our emails and when you call the office she is not there to take the calls. its been over a month of follow up and we even copied Dale Morgan (SEB) and Ashlyn Toemaker (SEB) on some our emails requesting a response but we have not heard anything.
