Sanlam Reality _Useless

Sanlam Reality, useless team. trying to get my debit order for the 20th of each month. completed forms and the call centre insure it will come off. I get an email from Candice Mitchell to advise they will double debit me. this is not solution for them not doing there job.

If a proper solution is not done, I will cancel my reality and R.A with Sanlam, including my life insurance.
