Sanlam reality... they change policies with no authorization and simply cancel paid up policies in the process
This is more towards the reward program... sanlam reality. I need for them to tell me why the, without any authorisation or notification.. removed me from my wife's policy and upgraded her policy.. I was linked on there with my gym and imagine my utter embarrassment when I go to gym today and find out my contract is cancelled!!!! After going yesterday no problem!!!! If this is how they work how do I know my investment with them is safe.. I want my money back!! And demand an explanation and apology for the embarrassment!!! I have never felt more like a ******** the way I felt now due to this incompetence

We received the following feedback from Reality.
I have informed him the reason why he was removed from the gym. It is due to the monthly premiums that was not received by the main member for March and April 2019. Due to no fees received for 2 months the membership was closed and they lost access to all the benefits, thus the gym benefit was removed.
The member said that he will contact me tomorrow with a proof of his wife bank statement advising that the fees was deducted and then we need to escalate the query from there.
I will inform you once contact was made with the member as he needs to speak to his wife and get the details first.
