Sanlam Reality ****

<p>I cancelled my Sanlam Reality service in 2014. To my utter astonishment I was informed, after enquiring, that I was put back onto the program in May this year and R70 is being deducted from my account every month. Without my permission!! When i asked who gave the permission they promised me they will look into it and come back to me. They never did. I phoned back 2 weeks later and they once again promised they will come back to me as it takes a while to find out who gave the go ahead. It's again 2 weeks later and nothing. People be aware: they put you on the program without consent, take R70 a month and you don't realise it because in contact only registers after a R100. Please make sure you're not also done in by them.</p>
