Sanlam reality *******
<p>I'm a Sanlam reality member with number ********** 184 I wanted to book a intercape but from Cape Town to king Williams town but a Sanlam consultant told me the only bus they have is from Cape Town to Bloemfontein then I can take a bus from Bloemfontein to king Williams town. Told him I won't do that as that's gonna make my trip so many hours longer and inconvenient, this Sanlam reality benefits is actually a ******* </p>

The matter has been discussed and unfortunately no refund will be made as the benefits were available to use. Reality cannot prescribe to national suppliers which routes they must use on their side. The member preferred not to use the services supp**** by the company. Services provided by the company is reasonable in our view.
