Sanlam Reality points

<p>I went for a health assessment October 15th, and didn't see my points allocated after about two weeks. I followed up numerous times, and at some point got a copy of my points table. I saw that I did not receive points for the assessment because "I didn't complete all 4 tests". I did however complete all 4 tests and sent the proof through to Sanlam Reality. The points still haven't been allocated, and it's middle December. It can have an effect on my status for next week, which will have a significant effect on my discounts. Even though the response to my emails were prompt, the allocation wasn't done. Please can you rectify this?</p>
