Sanlam Reality - pathetic service
So I app**** for Sanlam Reality on 03/01/2019 and I received the documents to sign on 07/01/2019. I filled them in and sent them through on the 08/01/2019. I received an email on 09/01/2019 saying that yourll were attending to my registration, to date I have received NO FEEDBACK. I called your call centre today morning at 08h41 (16/01/2019), the guy was meant to call me back within 15 min, it's already 13:32 and I have received no call back nor any feedback via email. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SANLAM REALITY. It seems like yourll are not interested in new business.
