Sanlam reality pathetic customer service

Absolutely pathetic customer service from sanlam reality. I have been trying for days for assistance in regards to a membership.. Ive left numerous of call backs and emails as well as Facebook messages to contact me for assistance and no1 did. There is not even a dedicated line to call in for assistance. Absolutely pathetic. I advise people not to go near sanlam reality.. Imagine the customer service not having a policy, imagine what it will be when you do have one
