Sanlam Reality, not all the discounts are for real

I joined Sanlam Reality as the advertised endless benefits which help you to a higher tier the more you use them. They offer 25% of Emirates flights. I tried to book tickets to Mos*** in February and could not as apparently you have to fly to and from the same airport. Then I tried to book tickets to Argentina and it wasn't on the list. Since the flight is available on Emirates and Sanlam Reality doesn't indicate limited or only certain Emirates flights I asked for an explanation on 2 May 2018, sent follow-up emails and am yet to receive a response. When I called I was left on hold for ages, until I gave up.
