Sanlam Reality - no real rewards

i'm unbelievable unimpressed with the level of service you give clients. Unless I follow up with them ,they never provide feedback. I've spend countless minutes on the phone, trying to sort out my rewards.

You happy to take clients money but unwilling to service them. this is the reason you will lose customers. I've been waiting for an updated since 20th July, only to send several follow up mails and phones. And still nothing. I look forward to you resolving this so that I can move on with my life,
