Sanlam reality misleading, did not receive benefits

I signed up for Sanlam reality core option, after it flashed a message that I had successfully signed up it awarded me with 2500 points however my points balance on the dashboard remain zero. I was also put on the reality plus option even though I chose reality core. On top of this already rough start I was unable to make a booking at numetro as the website does not allow the process to complete, I am also unable to book fly safair tickets as it states I am not a sanlam reality member.

Poor website, misleading sign up, benefits not accessible.

Just overall poor quality and poor execution.
