Sanlam Reality is a *******
I have had the sanlam reality from 2017 and I have only decided to use it this year. What a bad experience and what makes it worse is their booking agents, once you have paid for something they do not care about customer satisfaction, and to top things up they even billed me twice for the same thing and no one is able to help me. I was on the phone with them the whole day and nothing positive came out of it, what a waste of time and money.
