Sanlam Reality disappointment

It has been a month and Sanlam Reality hasn't even fixed my problem. I filed a complaint since planet fitness was deducting more than they were supposed to. This is due to Sanlam Reality not having the right data regarding my gym visits. I complained about this on the 16th April. Till date nothing has been done. Your service is beyond disappointing.
