Sanlam reality cancelled with immediate effect

Sanlam reality is a **** or money launder

I took this option when I took out a life cover with Sanlam since 2018

This year in April I called Sanlam in regards to cancellation of the reality plan ,,I was given a number to call for the cancellation I called that number I was told that someone will call me back to confirm cancellation of the reality plan

Mind you I called but I was not assisted

Then came end off April they didn't debit reality Came end off June no debit from reality Came end of July they tried debiting no luck Now end of August they debited,,,money that was not spared for them that money was in my account for other policies...

I don't want any calls from them I want out of this reality **** that I have paid for over 5 years not even once have ever used ,,,,and I want the money they debited from my account this back with immediate effect

What's disgusting about this ,,, when buying a policy from Sanlam their quick to upsell the reality plan But when you no longer want it they send you from pillar to post

But you receive a Debi check it's only one Debi check
