Sanlam Reality- Cancelation query

I called Sanlam Reality a while ago to cancel my subscription and I was told that a confirmation email would be sent. Today (08/11/2023) I receive a call from one of the Sanlam reality agents offering me more subscriptions even after I specifically told her Im not interested. She then proceeded to tell me that I will still be debited for this month even though I was told that it was canceled. Before I could even ask for clarity she hung up on me which I found was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! No cancelation email was sent.
