Sanlam Reality and Planet Fitness

The Sanlam Reality Program that offers discounts with Planet Fitness Gym membership does not provide the customer/ gym members the general courtesy of being ill or take in account factors that are out of control of the member like water outages where the gym itself is not equipped with back up water. No communication from Planet Fitness or Sanlam regarding the discount that will be changed, they just debit because they can. It is ********* and no regard for their customer's wellbeing even though it is marketed as a wellbeing program.
