Sanlam Reality activated with new RA without my knowledge until taking a 2nd policy
(Sanlam) REALITY . I took out a RA in March this year. Only when taking life cover now, realize I have been paying R215 pm extra for Reality. All along thought the full debit was going into RA benefits. Never was this authorized, and it is not just tick a box on a form, its completely different from RA;s and Life cover. Who would take this out during Covid ?, and definitely not for me anyway. Cancelling it was easy, Natalie was very helpful with her part - but getting my money back, well different story, different dept ! Besides the money, it is also a matter of principle - must insist on Refund. If not, I will cancel both my Sanlam policies. This complaint is NOT against Sanlam Life..
