Sanlam reality.. A ****

Sanlam has a product called sanlam reality meant to assist with various discounts from companies they’ve partnered with. What a ****. They have suddenly decided to reduce my gym discount from 60% to 40% because apparently I have not met one of the requirements lately, upon querying the matter because it’s actually false. I was taken from pillar to post for over a week now with their employees giving false feedback. The last one I spoke to from the complaints department promised to return to on the 26th promised to investigate and get back to me by the afternoon of the 27th. That too did not happen. Clearly they do not value their clients or have a habit of ****ming people and get away with it. Reference numbers are piling up without solutions. It’s not the first time I encounter problems with them. I should consider leaving them.
