Sanlam reality

Please advice if it fair to be sold a product then later there a hidden cost to pay prior the product is activated? I recently joined Sanlam reality then as I was about to activate the benefits the gym advisor say I need to make a payment of 975… the Sanlam advisor never mentioned that to me… I guess it was a matter of closing a sale, mind you Sanlam has deducted….

Thanks I got the call, even the person dealing with the issue was just there to listen and say sorry nonstop … I don’t need sorry …. U rob a client, you make it up to them… does sorry change the situation? If the cost are not disclosed then someone needs to waiver them finish
