Sanlam RA's - Staff are *********** and management are ******

Can only be described as *********** & ******.. After 7 years of shocking performance ending with a solid -5% loss (Last year) on my Retirement annuity I have decided that there is no longer a point to relying on such a horrifically performing fund / company. So know RA's are a bit of a mare in terms of ever getting your cash out so was not even goign to stop my policy.. Just reduce the amount I was goign to pay monthly.. Sanlam's response - Sure no problem but there is a R7000 penalty.. I have ask and asked for someone just to justify this to me.. I pay Management fees (HA that's a joke) I pay monthly costs and I was happy to remain a client.. to literally being told that now on top of losing my money they feel they have the right to penalize me further.. So am now properly ****ed off ...............
