SANLAM RA DEPARTMENT -ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!

Most pathetic service!!I have been trying to get hold of someone from the RA department, called numerous calls , held on for more than half an hour each time, NO ANSWER. NO response to emails. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLEARLY NOT A PRIORITY!!! Can someone call me!
