Why is it so hard to get hold of a consultant? Its either straight to voicemail, mailbox is full, no answer. This is unacceptable for such a reputable business. My father has been waiting weeks. We cant get through to anyone to assist us. Is it fair to withhold someone's money when you have all the correct paperwork. We are living in extremely hard times and this is just making it harder.
We need assistance urgently.

The service is absolutely terrible. My father had a severe heart attack and is unable to work. He did not withdraw from this fund to enjoy his money he needs it to survive. I am not understanding why it is taking this long to resolve.
