Sanlam provident fund claims and investments are the worst

I Have been resigned from my employment months ago and tried to get help from Sanlam to payout my provident fund claim but no assistance what so ever.

They said they got an email from my HR Saying they are finishing off my hearing process and will payout my claim once done. that has been done over a month ago and still no feedback or assistance.

Don't trust them with your investments.

Hi again

Sanlam Corporate responded to your complaint on Monday.  

You however also submitted your complaint to the office of the Arbitrator.  Sanlam Corporate therefore will not be able to provide you with any further feedback.  You will need to then wait for the acknowledgment regarding the turnaround time from the Arbitrator.
