Sanlam Provident Fund

Good Day,

On the 2nd November 2022 i went to the BIBC Branch in Bellville Cape Town to claim my Sanalam provident fund. I was told it would take 6 weeks to pay out. I've made numerous calls to Sanlam, BIBC and ICTS the tracking Company as well as Sars and no one is able to give me any answers. This is extremely disheartening as 6 weeks has no turned into 3 months, going on to 4 months. no documents are outstanding and sars has completed the tax directive in January already. No one is able to give me any answers regarding a payout date. I extremely frustrated.
