SANLAM - Provide no Update / Feedback to client regards Pension Withdrawal - Shocking Service!!

Have resigned from Employer in June, all documents submitted to Sanlam for withdrawal of my pension fund. Struggling to get hold of someone at Sanlam to assist and update me on when the payment will be scheduled. Not receiving any responses to my emails also forwarded to Sanlam. This is really shocking to see that a customer receive such lack of communication from a Company such as Sanlam which a client trust with his/her money at the end of the day. I really need action done on this matter imm, and would appreciate it if Sanlam can get back to me regarding this urgent matter.
