Sanlam prescribed ***

Samlam loans I would like to understand why would you issue a prescription letter and then decide to say you have done so in error. The devt was unpaid for more than 4 years nor acknowledge due to the fact that I went through a financial struggle as my husband lost his job. Now that the debt qualified to be prescribed, the collection agent lodged a judgment without considering the prescription requirements. I've been dealing with this issues since September 2024 and Sanlam does not want to take accountability for allowing a judgement on an account that was already prescribed. As a company you are not being considerate of people's mental health or financial struggles. You have conveniently issued a letter saying that you issued the letter in error and I must be okay with that. This entire situation has increased my anxiety. I need an explanation.
