Sanlam poor service

I'm so tired of people passing on the problem, a 10 day turnaround as stated on their sites for a two pot withdraw and the reason when I first tried to get it sorted is for my first house with my Fiancé, emails stating that it was rejected by Sars (note a call from Sars take average 2.5 weeks) as the nearest branch from me don't have open booking slots and wont allow walk-ins unless you are a pensioner. Sars informs me all is good on there side re apply to Sanlam with the same automated email received today no my tax number is duplicated and then a second email I must take emailed forms and hand deliver to the branch send an email for a Sanlam representative who clearly was not interested in the issue and simply rep**** go to Sars. don't try and call Sanlam 20 mins and you have the same old gibberish repeated over and over of using there electronic systems for easy use. when will company's realize we call for their help funny , to get our money or at least what we qualify for but any reason not to assist is used.

it scares me the poor reviews, and low trust index, amazing how the poor call Centre turn around time seems to be a common issue, you would think that such a large corporate with billions of their clients hard earned money, would maybe want to improve the 20 in my case call cancelled but in another 45 minutes on hold. and then get dis interested " agents " answer with disinterested replies.

So today the 22 April 2026 I received a automated ( I call a copy and paste email ) from your " team "
let me say 1 month and 2 days since the last correspondence I received.
no solution only the same repeated " advice " either ignoring my reasons/ explanations of the situation or not concerned of the delay in the two pot withdrawal.
my faith in any kind of actual assistance is gone and as stated in my reply email I simply dread the day I get to retirement as I shudder to think what reasons will be used to delay the payment then

I will finalize my complaint, the funds were eventually released over the weekend I appreciate it finally been done, but the exhausting, frustrating experience was never needed if people actually understood the problem and if their training could actually have them make a decision without resorting to the copy and paste replies they are so accustomed too. I consider the case closed and hope that the people who have the power to make changes to the way problems are approached will iron out the wrinkles..
