Sanlam poor communication with estate administration

I am assisting a creditor with a claim in a deceased estate which Sanlam is represented as the executor. I have never come across a company that is so poor at communicating with creditors. Despite numerous emails to various individuals - they have all been ignored. It is very concerning as we have no idea how far they are in the administration process and fear that it could be prejudicing the creditor.
