Sanlam personal loans - shocking service

I am deeply disappointed with the service received from Sanlam Personal Loans. They approve a loan on the the 20th, promise payout same day, 4 days later, i am still waiting. Nobody calls to explain why i am still waiting, so i keep calling, and keep being told different stories from different consultants. I actually cant believe how shocking the service is.
