SANLAM PERSONAL LOANS - ****S, *********** AND EXTREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL

I app**** for a loan at Sanlam. I was approved. I then sent them documents over and over again. Last week Friday, I was told all is in order and the funds will reflect within 48hours. Monday came, still nothing. I phoned them again and was told Amanda would phone me back. She also would have phoned last week. She never did. On Tuesday I phoned again and spoke to a decent agent who went through it all again. Again, I was told the funds would be in within 48 hours. Today, being Wednesday, I phoned again to check if the transfer was done. The agent refused to assist me and said Amanda will phone me. She still hasn't. I then lodged a formal complaint and shortly after doing so, I received another message stating that my poan has been declined. This is by far the post pathetic, unproffesional and *********** service ever. Sanlam should be barred from the Finance Sector. Utterly discusting treatment! Now, I too will move my policies to another competent service provider. To hell with them!
