Sanlam Personal loans- Rude with zero customer service

Sanlam Personal Loan does not even deserve 1 star!

I have been asking for a settlement letter since yesterday en still no answer, phoned the settlement department, I was busy reading my ID number to the consultant (who was utterly RUDE by the way) when either the phone cut or the consultant hung up bit since this call I tried to call at least ten times and as soon as I get transferred to a consultant the phone rings maybe two or three times, Sounds like someone answered but then there is no one speaking at all!! Please send me my settlement so that I can be done with you guys forever! Since day one the service received by has been unsatisfactory! And the most unfriendly staff ever!!
