Sanlam Personal loans - REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE

I settled my loan on the 26th of February and on the 28th Sanlam debited my account with the instalment as normal. I called early March requesting to be refunded the over payment and I was told to wait 10 working days. In that time I got a statement indication that I had over paid. After 10 days I called as I still was not refunded and was told I needed to send a proof of payment. I sent the proof of payment and called and the lady said I should wait 24hrs. I called after 24hrs and was told I needed to wait 5 to 10 days before I can be refunded. CAN I PLEASE BE REFUNDED
