Sanlam personal loans harassing me but i SETTLED ON THE 9 MARCH 2026

I've had a personal loan with sanlam that i was paying off for 24months. I settled the account on the 9 March 2026 with the FNB banking details they sent to me. Sanlam has been calling me since then and when I answer I speak to a robot. They send non payment smses non stop even though the account is settled. Please update your records as I even sent the proof of payment to *** on 17 March 2026 at 14:11. Please i DO NOT WANT sanlam to deduct on my next pay day for me to struggle again to get my refund. Please sort this out urgently and CANCEL the debit order also update credit report. Your urgent assistance will be appreciated.
