Sanlam Personal Loans

I have a personal loan with Sanlam. In April 2023, I requested a settlement and it was R15 000. On the 21 April 2023. I paid R12 000 towards the settlement. In my mind, the balance was R3 302. Today, 28/08/2023 I called Sanlam requesting the balance and I was given R3 118. This is a surprise to me because monthly I have been paying R611 towards the personal loan, which means since April 2023 to date I have paid R2 444 but Sanlam's calculations do not reflect any payments I have made since April 2023 - Please intervene.
