Sanlam personal loans
I app**** online for a personal loan from sanlam personal loans. Phoned by sanlam requested bank statements, got approved received confirmation sms link with the amount, payment term, etc.
The next thing they phone me to say my debt cover policy was not approved, had to take their policy and review my application. Did all that and my loan was declined.
Very unprofessional and pathetic, to waist people's time, shouldn't be authorized to provide financial services.
