Sanlam personal loan will **** you beware!!! Don’t take out a loan with them

This company is honestly the worst!!!! I took out a personal loan late last year and March 2026 I called asked for a settlement amount, I was told to pay that amount within 5 days and I paid it in full, I have the proof of payment, I called the call centre and they advised me I just need to ensure the last debit order goes off and the account will be closed. The last debit went off successfully and I even received a text informing settlement amount has been received, I leave it. YESTERDAY I GET AN EMAIL SAYING I OWE R260 for what????!!!! I have paid two full payments of everything I owe you and yet you continue to **** me!!!!! Called the call centre today and let me tell you the way Andiswa answered the call, you could tell I just woke her up from her beauty sleep, it’s 8:10 am who is supposed to service the clients?????? This company will not be getting a cent from me moving forward I’m closing all my accounts Rectify this immediately and send me my paid up letters, I have proof of the amounts you send I should pay and they were paid on time. I will tell anyone that cares to listen to not bother with this company as they do not know what they are doing
