Sanlam personal loan settlement allocation
Hi. I have a Sanlam loan. BNU15088E. My credit protection policy has paid out on a claim to Directaxis to settle the loan on 26 September 2022 but when I check my balance it is still the same. I can not believe that it takes more than a week to allocate the money. Please rectify this ASAP.
