Sanlam pensions process failure

I retired from my company the end of November 2024. The company's pension scheme is with the Sanlam Umbrella Fund of which i am a member. My documents were submitted to Sanlam on the 8th December 2024 and was registered on their system at the same time. After numerous enquiries and run around, it is now almost 4 months later and have not received any pension to date.
