Sanlam pension fund payout

I've been waiting for my pension fund payout but I haven't received it till this day. Every time I contact them they say it will be paid but they are still processing the funds of people of paid first, but a colleague of mine that I app**** before received his funds a week ago. Why is it taking such a long time to receive what I've work for? Do better sam
