Sanlam pension fund pay out

I had resigned from the company end of September and everything was submitted to Sanlam for the pension pay out. It has been close to 3 months and i have received nothing. I have been calling every week and i hear a new story every day. There turn around time is 10 working days and it has been 3 months and i have received nothing. There wait time is 15 minutes for an agent to answer the call, how can they expect an unemployed person to waste their airtime like this?? Yet they are the ones holding the money. I am supposed to pay my child school fees next year, how can i pay without them releasing it. After 3 months only an administrator was appointed on my fund. What have they been doing for 3 months. Please call me back and release my pension fund urgently.
