Sanlam pension fund

I resigned from my employer in 2024 September 30, withdrawal forms were submitted by my employer and Sanlam notified me and employer that the forms were old forms . New form was submitted on the 9th of December 2024 . To this date I did not receive my payment. Tried to call they telling me that the administrator will look into my claim . I find this unfair I’m being sent from pillar to post. I have been sending WhatsApp chatting to different agents without help
