Sanlam payout resfusal

Bad service from sanlam.i have a disability cover with them for my wife in the event that she or myself are unable to provide financially. My wife was diagnosed with a veign disorder affecting her leg.she was then admitted to hospital for treatment.in hospital she was infected with corona and was hospitalized for four months and rehab for two months. Needless to say.her lungs are damaged permanently.she has limited movement .unable to go back to work. We logged a claim.they rejected saying they need to te assess after six months. My question is with no income how will the policy be paid while waiting for the review. They claim according to studies they must wait till the patient gets better.lot of b.s So what is the point of taking out the policy if it does not serve the purpose. They use stall tactics to prevent payouts. ****** I tell you.
