SANLAM PAY BACK THE MONEY YOU DEDUCTED FOR MY LATE MOTHER

2011 June 01 I joined SANLAM...30 April 2021 my mom passed I claimed truelly my claim was approved but to my surprise they continued to deduct premiums for my late mother in April 2021 I contacted Sanlam and told them to refund me they sent me documents to fill and remove my mom as beneficiary I emailed them but again to my surprise same thing happened in May and June still I contacted them asking for a refund instead of getting the refund I asked for they told me they were charging me half of my premiums so I won't be getting my refund back I advise anyone looking to take out insurance to avoid going to Sanlam they are a bunch of white collar ********* they will stress you out in your time of need
