Sanlam, pathetic service
Pathetic service by Sanlam. They sent me a email confirming that my wife's policy is cancelled due to not receiving all necessary documents on time. Since then they have deducted 2 premiums from her account. I emailed them on the 01 March, today the 6th March still no reply from anybody. Becareful wehn doing business with Sanlam, their customer experience and service is terrible.
